Billing Policy from August 20th 2025
For seniors without Pensioner Concession card
From 20th August 2025, people 65 years+ without a pension concession card will no longer be bulk-billed. We will charge a gap fee of $40 for a consultation fee.
Standard Consultation | $83.90
Medicare Rebate = $43.90
Out of Pocket = $40
Long Consultation | $124.90
Medicare Rebate = $84.90
Out of Pocket = $40
Age between 16 and 64 years
For people between 16 and 64 years, the gap fee would be $50. This includes a standard telehealth appointment.
Standard Consultation I $93.90
Medicare Rebate = $43.90
Out of Pocket = $50
Longer Consultation I $134.90
Medicare Rebate = $84.90
Out of Pocket = $50

WE WILL CONTINUE BULK BILLING FOR
- Children 15 years and below
- Patients over 65yrs WITH a Pensioner concession card
- DVA Gold Card Holders
** QLD seniors cards and Private Health Insurance do not fall in this category.
*** OSHC billing - Currently we can only bill directly to Allianz OSHC & OSVC insurance.
